Robyn Ross was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to an American Jewish father and a Canadian Jewish mother. She has one younger sister. Starting on the runway at the age of three, Robyn spent all of her formative years doing regional musical theater and growing up within Vancouver's now flourishing film and TV industry. After her breakout lead role on Nickelodeon's "Fifteen", which that filmed at Universal Studios in Florida during the early 90's, Robyn moved to and resided in New York City. There she attended the Michael Howard Acting Studios studying with Michael Howard himself. She gave birth to her only daughter Siena Pearl Caridi-Ross on June 9, 2000, at Beth Israel Hospital, NYC. She was in a common-law relationship with her daughter's father, Anthony Joseph Caridi, but has never been married. She has also lived and worked in Vancouver, L.A., Ottawa, Orlando, and Florence (Italy), but currently splits her time between her hometown of Vancouver and NYC. As a sought-after acting coach, Robyn is working with clients on many different productions filming throughout North America and Europe for Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, Epix, C.B.C., and Hallmark. She is often a guest instructor at Shoreline Studios and Langara Film Arts. Although she is still acting and play/screenwriting, Robyn has also gained notoriety for her other craft. She is a well-established makeup artist consistently working in the fashion and music worlds for famous brand campaigns, publications & photographers. Robyn's life reflects the expression, "A jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one." and thinks it to be especially important if one chooses a life in the Arts.
